No. The price paid for the Assessment Survey will not be refunded because the fee is already collected and processed by CareerTests.in at the time of purchase.

Refunds for coaching sessions are available up until the moment before the session begins. If you cancel prior to the scheduled start time, we will process your refund as per our policy.

No. Once a session has already been availed (started/attended in full or in part), it is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment. It may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider before the amount reflects in your account.

After the assessment and session booking are completed, mentor interactions take place through scheduled one-on-one online sessions. Session details, including date, time, and meeting link, are shared in advance. For younger students, parents are welcome to join the initial part of the session if they wish.

Mentor guidance is primarily provided during the booked sessions to ensure focused and structured support for every student. For specific queries or clarifications, parents may reach out via the official communication channels mentioned on the website. Ongoing or extended guidance requires booking an additional session.
